The representative will manage a team of sales and operations staff and work closely with various departments to optimize processes and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Management:• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize their performance and potential.• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.• Identify opportunities for expanding market presence and new customer acquisition.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively.2. Operational Leadership:• Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.• Implement and enforce quality control standards and compliance with industry regulations.• Continuously evaluate and enhance operational procedures and policies.3. Team Management:• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.• Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team effectively.4.
